I wanted to share a bit of my journey not just numbers, but what’s behind them.
Back in 2019, I got seriously ill. I ended up in the hospital for six months, and there were moments when it seemed I might not make it out. I lost everything my strength, my body, my confidence. I was literally a skeleton, weighing just 61 kg (134 lbs).
When I got out, I made a promise to myself if I survived, I’d rebuild. No matter how long it took.
For the next few years, I trained 100% natural. Slowly but surely, I fought my way back.
By 2022, I reached 83 kg a solid +22 kg of mass, and most of it clean muscle.
But from there, my progress stalled. I hit the wall — no matter how hard I trained or how clean I ate, I couldn’t break through.
