    For me Tadalafil (Cialis) gives me literally no side effects, unlike Silendafil (Viagra), which can give you migrene and blurred vision. I don't know why, but Tadalafil is way better for me at least and it's active way longer so that's another reason why I'm preferring Tadalafil over Silendafil.
